Course Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a course you have purchased, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you have not completed the course or downloaded the course certificate. To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your purchase details, and we will process your request promptly.

Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the course materials, we will make every effort to resolve the problem promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Failure to Deliver: In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a course as advertised or if there is a substantial change to the course content, we will offer you the option to receive a full refund or transfer your payment to another course of equal value.

Please note that fees are non-refundable once the course certification has been issued.
