Leadership
Leadership is the fourth layer of the LIA Development Framework the move from contributing to leading. It is about how you set direction, earn influence, make sound decisions and develop the people around you. This layer brings together 6 courses that turn the self-awareness, teamwork and cultural fluency of the earlier layers into the ability to lead others well.
Why Leadership sits here
Leadership draws on every layer beneath it. To lead well you need command of yourself (Self), the ability to work through others (Team) and fluency across difference (Culture). Layer four is where those combine into influence, judgement and responsibility for other people’s growth and performance with only Risk & Compliance, the protective outer ring, beyond it.
