Culture
Culture is the third layer of the LIA Development Framework the move from working within a team to working across differences. It is about how diverse, global organisations include people, build belonging and collaborate across cultures and identities. This layer brings together 6 courses in cultural intelligence, diversity and inclusion that scale individual and team skills to the whole organisation.
Why Culture sits here
Self and Team prepare you to work with people like you; Culture prepares you to work with people unlike you. As the London Intercultural Academy, this is our heartland, the capabilities that let diverse, global organisations include, belong and perform together. Culture is the third ring, where personal and team skills scale to the whole organisation and set the stage for Leadership and Risk & Compliance beyond.
