Training Overview
Neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and others) bring unique strengths—creative problem-solving, attention to detail, pattern recognition, but often leave organisations because environments don’t support how they work. This practical programme teaches leaders and teams to recognise neurodiversity, adapt working practices, and unlock the cognitive diversity that drives innovation and performance.
Participants will learn how to:
- Recognise neurodivergent thinking styles and the strengths they bring to teams
- Adapt communication, meetings, and processes to support different cognitive needs
- Create working conditions where neurodivergent talent performs at their best
- Build psychological safety so neurodivergent employees feel valued and stay
- Improve problem-solving and innovation through cognitive diversity
- Remove barriers to collaboration and inclusion—and watch team performance improve

Our programmes are built to move
Behavioural training earns its place only when it shifts the measures an organisation already tracks. The figures below are the outcomes for one of our programmes.
Isolated training reverts under operational pressure. Structured action planning and 90-day reinforcement hold the gains.
One training.
Multiple delivery models.

Questions organisations raise
How do we know this will actually change behaviour, not just fill a training day?
We run a pre/post diagnostic against measures you already track — retention, engagement and decision speed, with a follow-up at 90 days.
What does the price include?
Facilitation, all delegate materials, CPD certification, and a pre-session context briefing with your team. Priced per group up to 20 delegates.
Can you tailor it to our sector and cohort?
Yes. We brief with you first and rebuild the scenarios around your mandate, markets and seniority mix. Public-sector delegations and multinational teams get different case material.
We can't release the team for a full day. What are the options?
A 3.5-hour half-day covers one framework module, or we split delivery across sessions. Self-paced online is available for teams who need to work around the diary entirely.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes — across EMEA, including Gulf markets, on site or hybrid. We also host institutional learning journeys in London for visiting delegations.
What happens after we enquire?
You will hear from a programme director within one working day. We will ask about your cohort and mandate, then return a tailored proposal with dates and costs. No obligation.
