01Data protection: Registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ZB346894). Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR; staff access to systems is protected by multi-factor authentication.
02Information security: 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption in transit. Card payments are processed by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Hosting infrastructure meets ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.
03Methodology: Programmes are built on London Intercultural Centre’s proprietary frameworks, including LIC Prism™, CARES™ and the five-layer LIA Development Framework.
04Programme portfolio: 103 programmes across six subject areas, delivered by LIA facilitators or by client trainers accredited through Train the Trainer.
05Delivery footprint: In-person delivery in 38 cities across the United Kingdom and Ireland, Europe, the Middle East and Africa; live online and blended delivery internationally.
06Procurement: Supplier onboarding and due diligence may be submitted through the enquiry form.
