What is work-life balance training?

Work-life balance training helps managers and teams sustain high performance without burning out. LIA's Work-Life Balance Training covers prioritisation systems that protect time for important work, energy management to maintain focus, recognising burnout and managing team capacity, measuring outcomes rather than hours, digital communication norms that end "always-on" culture, and building recovery into the working week.

Why is work-life balance important for employers?

Overwork and an always-on culture lead to fatigue, mistakes, sickness absence and staff turnover. Expectations are also changing: since 6 April 2024, UK employees have had the right to request flexible working from their first day in a job. Organisations that help managers balance workload and measure results rather than hours keep talent, protect wellbeing and sustain output.

Can our own trainers deliver Work-Life Balance Training?

Yes, through LIA's Train the Trainer accreditation. It includes the full programme content and methodology, the facilitator guide and materials, supervised practice with coaching, an assessment of facilitation competence and a licence to deliver the programme internally.

Is Work-Life Balance Training CPD certified?

Yes. London Intercultural Academy (LIA) is a recognised CPD provider (CPD Provider Number 781813), and every participant receives a CPD certificate on completion.

Isolated training reverts under operational pressure. Structured action planning and 90-day reinforcement hold the gains.
