Ease & Grace: A Voyage into Human Intelligence

Ease & Grace: A Voyage into Human Intelligence

Ease & Grace: A Voyage into Human Intelligence

By Dr. Britta Simon DMET – Certified HeartMath Professional – Doctor of Metaphysics of Espavo University Nevada USA

Have you ever experienced this: You heard or read some information somewhere, a statement or a sentence that you can’t get out of your head? Somehow, it gets stuck in your memory grid because it triggered something within you. A question, a surprise, a curiosity…. Years and decades later, it still appears. Again and again…

In my case, such a sentence was the following:

Every technical device or technological achievement is a copy of a function of the human body

This may sound unbelievable at first glance and begs the question:

How am I related to my toaster?

What seems absurd at first glance requires a closer look. It also requires a change of perspective, from the outside to the inside.

We need to widen our view from the visible to the invisible and intangible. And we need to move away from noise! Let’s allow ourselves to be quiet, very quiet and let’s go on a journey of discovering the magical world of Human Intelligence.

Smart Device No. 1: The Grounding Cord

Grounding is a natural part of the human electromagnetic system that connects us to the Earth.

How many times have we told ourselves: I need to calm down!

Mostly likely after we’ve been through a mental and emotional rollercoaster. This is where a very important component of the grounding cord begins: Thoughts have an electrical charge and emotions have a magnetic charge. This means that our mental-emotional structure also sometimes becomes charged. Just like a thundercloud.

All it takes is an annoying car ride through the city traffic during rush hour with deadline pressure on your neck.

Now let’s imagine that we go through the day with this heavily charged thundercloud. At some point we are probably so ‘charged’ that the whole thing explodes in an outburst of anger. In nature, this would be tantamount to a lightning strike.

Question: To protect our house from destructive lightning, what have clever people invented??  Correct! A lightning rod! And our grounding cord is nothing more than our very own lightning rod. It starts at the bottom of our spine and ends in the ground.

Similar to a conventional lightning rod, but invisible to the human eye.

By the way, here we find the relationship to our toaster, which, like any other technical household appliance, contains a clever function that protects it from overcharging.

Here are some examples of the practical use of the grounding cord

  1. Safety & Security
  2. Neutrality
  3. Connectivity
  4. Down-to-earthness
  5. Healing

Smart Function No. 2 – The Octahedron

Most of us have experienced these situations before: We walk into a room with people, let’s say a team meeting, and there’s a tension in the room. You can literally cut through the air with a knife! Or, we go to a party in a bad mood and tired, and suddenly there are happy people around us and we get carried away by the good mood and it instantly brightens our day. Where does it all come from: charisma and mood? That’s right, from the energy fields that surround every human being and that we can perceive, as the before mentioned examples prove.

You might be familiar with the name Aura. Or Torus. Both are energy fields that surround the human body. While the Torus is in the shape of a doughnut, the Aura, invisible to the human eye, is defined by the geometric structure of the Octahedron. It serves as a container for the human energy field, giving it support and structure and helping us to maintain our physical balance. And that’s not all: the vertices of the octahedron function as antennas that both send and receive information.

If we don’t feel well and are weakened, then so is our Octahedron. As a result, we not only lose energy, but are also attuned to the noise and drama of our outside world. With an activated, solid octahedron, on the other hand, we can receive information from higher frequency ranges. This means that we attract positive people, moods and events, keep our balance more easily and have a positive aura ourselves. Good Vibes!

Here are some examples of the practical use of the octahedron:

  1. Balance
  2. Focus
  3. Expression
  4. Communication
  5. Steadfastness
  6. Healthy delineation
  7. Support and Stability

Smart Function No. 3 – From Problem Child to Superstar: The Heart

In contrast to the previous examples, we are all familiar with the human heart. It symbolizes emotions and love, but first and foremost, it is appreciated for its function as a blood pump. As such, it is still at the top of the list of problem children of the doctors….

That changed a little over 30 years ago, when an area of science started that dealt with the still largely unknown neurological functions of the human heart: Neurocardiology.

Closely related to this is the discovery by a Canadian scientist in 1991, who detected about 40,000 brain-like cells in the human heart that can both think independently and store memories. Since then, this sensation has confirmed not only those who have always been convinced of the extraordinary capacities of the heart, but also to ordinary people.

When I entered the world of the incredible intelligence of the human heart through a chain of miraculous events a little over 5 years ago, I didn’t realize how much it would change my life. The facts and theoretical background of the intelligent heart functions play less of a role than the extremely practical application.

It takes a simple heart-focused breathing technique to switch the organism from depletion to regeneration. With the same breathing technique, the brain can be supplied with oxygen, which improves thinking performance and the ability to make good decisions. In the event of a loss of energy, the inner battery recharges in no time at all. A few minutes of breathing is enough. In trauma recovery, the breathing technique helps to gradually fade the memory of the traumatic moment and thus eliminate re-traumatization. The list of the advantages of heart breathing could be continued indefinitely…

Looking back, I can say that the personal experience with the energetic heart functions had been a turning point, a key event that not only provided me with reliable solutions to conventional everyday problems (stress, burnout) but also opened up a completely new way of dealing with myself, with my environment, with life at large and with the massive challenges, that our Earth and all of humanity are currently facing.

So, here are some examples of the practical benefits of the intelligent heart

  1. Stopping stress reactions
  2. Switching on regeneration mode
  3. Trauma recovery

Also, the heart stands for

  1. Self- awareness and sovereignty
  2. Wise Foresight
  3. Presence
  4. Clarity
  5. Communication
  6. Appreciation
  7. Compassion & Healthy Empathy
  8. Taking responsibility and living with intension & command

So, here is a common question: If we cannot grasp these functions with our hands, how can we still use them?

That’s easy! As already mentioned, heart-focused breathing techniques, like those researched and developed by the HeartMath Institute, are congenial tools for the conscious control of the cardiovascular system, the vagus nerve and heart-brain communication.

In general, these intelligent functions can be activated and trained through mental techniques, through conscious, mental visualizations, which are very easy to learn and which we can apply like brushing our teeth.

We are encouraged to use our will, our imagination and our self-awareness. After all, we are in charge and responsible for the control and maintenance of our intelligent physiological functions.

Like a computer, the human body comes with a default setting that is extremely user-friendly, but behind which lies a complicated, highly intelligent & sophisticated system. Far more sophisticated than our toaster 😊

It’s a priceless gift of nature that everyone can consciously activate and use in their own way. And for which everyone carries their own responsibility.

Behind everything we do, we are allowed to ask about the Why, or What’s-in-it-for-me?

So, how about this: a Life with Ease, Grace and Sovereignty! If that’s not reason enough…!?

One reason why we have so far paid little attention to the deeper meaning of the smart functions of the human system might be that our focus is directed to what is happening in our external world, plus we have learned to draw very quickly on external resources. If I have a question that I can’t answer, I quickly turn to Google or Siri. Very few people are aware that we humans also have a natural intrinsic navigation system, a search engine, that has access not only to empirical data, but also to knowledge that is beyond our rational imagination.

In addition to this, Artificial Intelligence is progressing rapidly and is on everyone’s lips. Why on everyone’s lips? Because the focus has been directed towards it! That’s neither good nor bad! Quite naturally, people tend to look where there is the loudest rattling.

However, in order to perceive the messages that the infinite realm of human intelligence has in store for us, we must turn our focus inward and become quiet. Very, very quiet….
